MEAL APPLICATION INFORMATION
We are now able to accept online meal applications for the 2016-17 School Year.
You may click on application link below to go to EZMEALAPP.com. Please follow the instructions on link to submit the online application:
Direct Certification - If you are receiving CalWORKs OR CalFresh (previously Food Stamps), you may receive a letter indicating your student's free meal eligibility. No further action is necessary.
If you are receiving CalWORKs/CalFresh but did not receive an eligibility letter from the Lemon Grove School District by August 15th, please complete a meal application.
The online meal application is available in English, Spanish and Chinese www.ezmealapp.com
*District Office and Schools Sites have a computer available to complete meal applications onsite.
Only ONE application is required PER HOUSEHOLD. Please list all family information on application. Foster child(ren) no longer require a separate meal application. The foster child(ren) can be included on the family application by answering "yes" to foster child and listing the child(ren)’s personal income. Foster child(ren) will still be eligible to receive free meals, and the other children on the application will be processed with only the household’s income.
Confidential notification of meal eligibility status will be sent via email or the United States Postal Service. Please make sure your household's correct email and mailing address are on the application and given to the school office.
